I’m Ashley, a Holistic Practitioner devoted to supporting nervous system regulation, mental and emotional well-being, and whole-body wellness through a faith-rooted approach to care.

I’ve created a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel fully supported… mind, body, and spirit.

My work centers around Nervous System Regulation, Mental Health Support, Hormone Balance, and sustainable wellness practices. I believe the body was designed with an incredible ability to restore and rebalance when we create the conditions for rest, peace, and intentional care. Through gentle practices and supportive guidance, I help clients step out of chronic stress and into a more regulated, grounded state.

At my studio, I offer modalities including Vibrational Sound Therapy, Somatic Movement, Meditation, Cupping Massage Therapy, E.F.T., N.L.P., and End-of-Life Doula Care. As a certified Health and Nutrition Coach, I also guide clients in building nourishing, sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional health.

My approach is rooted in faith and guided by the belief that true restoration often begins when we slow down, create space for stillness, and allow ourselves to be supported with compassion and intention.

Alongside sessions, I offer custom made self-care products including Herbal Tea Blends, Tinctures, Elderberry Syrup, and Magnesium Sprays to support daily wellness rituals.

For life’s sacred milestones, I’m also honored to serve as a Wedding Officiant, bringing presence, intention, and heart to each ceremony.
