Come gather in His presence.

This is a women’s Bible study held on the second and fourth Monday of each month from 6:30–8:30 PM. It is centered on the Word, guided prayer, and creating space to be still before Him.

We will open the Scriptures, reflect on His truth, and lay down what we’ve been carrying in prayer.

We’ll then close with 20 minutes of gentle sound and stillness, quieting the noise as you rest in His presence and listen for His voice.

He is always speaking.

Sometimes we just need to be still enough to hear Him.

Tea, water, and light snacks will be provided. Please bring your Bible and journal.

Deep Relaxation Sound Immersion

Saturday Sound Immersions (offered every Saturday at 10am) are a guided relaxation experience using therapeutic sound frequencies, gentle rhythm, and intentional stillness to support the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore. This circle is a sanctuary to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner self. We’ll gather in community over tea and light snacks, draw an oracle card for guidance, and spend time journaling with intention.

The afternoon will close with a 40 minute restorative sound bath with the crystal harp and healing instruments, designed to calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and create space for healing from within.

Come as you are, and allow yourself to be supported in the stillness and sound of circle.
